Marc V. Kalagian
Marc V. Kalagian has practiced disability law since 1990. A member of the California and Nevada state bar associations, he is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California, the United States District Court of Nevada, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kalagian has been involved in hundreds of cases before the courts and the Social Security Administration, representing claimants for Social Security disability benefits at all levels of administrative review. Mr. Kalagian maintains offices in Long Beach, California and represents claimants from California and Nevada.
Attorney Kalagian was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1982 and Whittier Law School in 1990. He served as a Regional Representative for United States Senator Harry Reid (D. Nevada) from 1983 to 1987.
A sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), Mr. Kalagian is currently NOSSCR’s Ninth Circuit Representative. He has served as chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Social Security Section and carries a Distinguished Rating from Martindale Hubbell.
